ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Any workflow scheduled thru the scheduler from Workflow Manager is triggered twice.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Any workflow scheduled thru the scheduler from Workflow Manager should get triggered only once, respecting the time from the scheduler.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Workflow Manager.
2. Go to any workflow.
3. Click Schedule in the row corresponding to that workflow.
4. Add the date and time when the workflow should run.
5. Check the log information from wf_process_log table.
6. The workflow was triggered twice.
