Delay In Updating ITEM_LOC_SOH.CUSTOMER_RESV and ITEM_LOC_SOH.STOCK_ON_HAND using ASNOUT and Delivery against Customer Order (Doc ID 2195464.1)

Symptoms

There is a delay in updating ITEM_LOC_SOH.CUSTOMER_RESV and ITEM_LOC_SOH.STOCK_ON_HAND with appropriate values when Delivery against Customer Order is completed from SIM.  At times takes 10 to 15 minutes to update or longer.
