This issue occurred for a customer using TUGBU (Taxation Utilities Global Business Unit) product CCB (Customer Care & Billing). This same issue can occur for other TUGU products PSRM (Public Sector Revenue Management) and RMB (Revenue Management Billing) that are sitting on top of FW (Framework) V4.
