Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Logon Java Client and create more than 60 subscribers for Agile Content Service (ACS)
  2.  Logout and logon Java Client again, go to Agile Content Service and open Subscribers
  3.  Nothing happens. And see errors occur as above in Java Console
