OUCSS System Error When Canceling Autopay Through OUCSS & Same Day Cancellation (Doc ID 2195847.1)

Goal

How to address two same-day autopay issues:

1.) Error 11001/ 502 is thrown if AutoPay is started and cancelled on the same day
2.) On next day, if Autopay is canceled, the Autopay record in CCB has an end date of yesterday
