View Menu Greyed out in Customer Center Event Browser (Doc ID 2196027.1)

On : version, Customer Center

The event browser View menu were enabled only after searching for events.

All options on the View menu should be enabled for a given event.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. search for and open an account (with 10 or fewer events associate with this account) in Customer Center
2. click Edit -> Event Browser
3. click Search
4. select an event in the list
5. click the View menu
At this point, all options within the View menu were greyed out and could not be selected.
