Symptoms

On : 2.4.0.2.0 version, IP - Installation Upgrade Proc

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
select bs attributes not working properly when list more than 10 records

Create a dependent drop down along with a main parent drop down.
(if the value selected in the parent drop down changes, different options get populated in the dependent drop down)
In case parent and dependent drop down are in the same list, the dependent drop down reflects the changed value of the parent drop down correctly for the first 9 rows however from the 10th row onwards dependent drop down reflects the value of the 1st row's parent selected instead of it's parent, which is incorrect.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Values should not be repeated from the 10th row onwards and should only depend on the parent drop down
