Symptoms

In Retail Price Management (RPM) 14.1.x, price changes/clearances are not getting approved in a clustered environment.  The following error occurs:

ERROR ([ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '10' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)') [RibTransactionManager] RIB Message Payloads under Transaction ID 1879 not published due to class com.retek.platform.exception.RetekUnknownSystemException: oracle.retail.integration.framework.common.service.exception.ServiceCreationException: Service lookup failed.
