Unexpected Exception Occurred Message Is Displayed Upon Accessing F3 POS After a POS/BO Server Bounce (Doc ID 2196534.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to login to POS after a bounce of the Backoffice (BO) and POS server , the following error occurs.

An Expected Exception Occurred.

Steps to Reproduce :


1. Open Store , Reg and Till in BO
2. Shut down the Weblogic domain for BO and the POS server
3. Start the Weblogic Domain and POS server
4. Log into to POS , F3
5. Insert Till message appears , Select Yes
6. Select F3 POS
