ASAP Installer Hangs During Upgrade To ASAP 7.2.0.6

Symptoms
This Problem was noticed during a patch upgrade from ASAP 7.2.0.5 to ASAP 7.2.0.6.
The ASAP installer upgrade wizard does not end. The wizard runs but in the final part the wizard does not end the installation process. User had to cancel the installation to exit from installer. This however, does not actually cause any installer failure (though ASAP.cfg is not updated/modified), rather the upgrade is successful but installer GUI does not finish.
Note: Even though the issue is noticed for upgrade from ASAP 7.2.0.5 to 7.2.0.6, the same problem can be seen for any existing patch upgrade to ASAP 7.2.0.6
