Goal
**Disclaimer:** This KM article may include the following abbreviations:
ODM - Oracle Utilities Operational Device Management
MDM - Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management
This is an issue between MDM and ODM integration. First, the meter is installed in MDM. The install event sync is sent from MDM to ODM to update the asset disposition history. Everything works fine in the above steps. However, if the install date/time is wrong in the previous steps, corrections will need to be made. When the install date/time is updated in MDM, a pending outbound sync to ODM is created automatically. Instead of updating ODM asset disposition, this sync message creates a manual resolution To Do in ODM.
Our expectation is, MDM - ODM integration should take care of asset disposition change when the install date/time is updated instead of creating a To Do.
