OSM Task Not Sending Current Data Of One Element To UIM (Doc ID 2197569.1)

Symptoms

OSM order is in amending state and while invoking IssueBI UIM interface, the value of Interaction Id field is being fetched and sent to UIM.  However, the value that is being fetched is older one not the current one. This is happening intermittently and happening in one of the many scenarios.
