Failed to Start Remote ECS Nodes from ECE Driver Machine when ECE is in HA (Doc ID 2198561.1)

Goal

On : 11.2.0.8.0 version, High Availability (HA)

Scenario:

*  The user has deployed ECE in HA and the current topology has 4 servers, each one with 2 ECS nodes, Server 1 is ECE driver machine.
*  After deploying ECE in HA and adding custom extension, there was problem to start a remote ecs node from ECE driver machine; however,  the ecs node started without issues and joined the cluster created by the ECE driver machine if it was connecting to this machine using ssh. See below :
