Unable to Install Agile Application Server With Error 'Not Fresh RCU Schemas' (Doc ID 2198673.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to install Agile application server the following error occurs.

Error

Not fresh RCU(Repository Creation Utility) Schemas

The Agile PLM installer can not continue because the RCU Schemas specified have already been used for an installation.
Please specify fresh RCU schemas for this installation. If this is a re-install of a previously installation then you may need to drop the RCU schemas and recreate them.

Step:

1. Attempt to install Agile application server
2. Go the error message
