ISSUE CLARIFICATION
===================
On Oracle Healthcare Analytics Data Integration (OHADI) 2.0.2 and OHADI 3.0.0 versions,

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------
The following query does not return any records:

The same issue is also occurring on the update_dt.

This SQL checks for insert_dt having values.
For some reason the OHADI table hdm.e$_hdm_cd_sys is not capturing the insert_dt values.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It would be expected that the insert_dt and update_dt columns to be populated in E$_HDM_CD_SYS table.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Introduce some invalid records into HDI.HDI_CD_SYS interface table that would cause the ETL to fail.
2. Run the PKG_HDM_CD_SYS package for populating the hdm_cd_sys table,
3. Check the E$_HDM_CD_SYS table for the values inserted into INSERT_DT and UPDATE_DT columns.
