Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Allocations application, the Item information is not displayed in the What If Summary Screen.

Steps To Reproduce:

 

  1. Create an Allocation for a staple item
  2. Add Stores S1 and S2
  3. Select rule as history and ensure positive demand exists
  4. Calculate the Allocation
  5. Navigate to What If Summary
  6. Result:  No records found
