Goal

On : 7.5.0.15.0 version, Subscription Management

Issue:
Recurring Cycle Validity is incorrect when product is configured with option "Alignment with Purchase" and when product purchased between 29-31

Steps to Reproduce :
1. Create product with "Alignment with Purchase" billing option.
2. Set the resource validity to "Recurring Cycle"
3. When product is purchased on 28th of month, its validity is set correctly as 28th Aug - 28th Sept.
4. But When product is purchased on 29th of month, its validity is set as 29th Aug-1st Oct.

Question :
How to get the validity set as 29th Aug to 29th Sep ?
