When manually registering the NF detail with the same item twice, RFM incorrectly reports error message "ORFM_NF_PO_ITEM_EXISTS" (Cannot duplicate NF,PO and Item) for the following scenarios:
- Same NF, same item, but different PO.
- Same NF, same item (component from a pack), same PO, but different pack numbers.
