RFM Incorrectly Reports Error "ORFM_NF_PO_ITEM_EXISTS" When Trying To Register NF Detail With The Same Item Twice (Doc ID 2198959.1)

Symptoms

When manually registering the NF detail with the same item twice, RFM incorrectly reports error message "ORFM_NF_PO_ITEM_EXISTS"  (Cannot duplicate NF,PO and Item) for the following scenarios:

  1. Same NF, same item, but different PO.
  2. Same NF, same item (component from a pack), same PO, but different pack numbers.
