Goal

Need to know the expected behavior with respect to sharing group membership and plan transition. Please consider the following use case:

1. A subscription is added to a shared discount group
2. The subscription is transitioned to another plan

The observed behavior is the subscription is removed by the shared discount group when discount is cancelling during plan transition. However, the subscription is not added to the group afterwards.
