ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Jobs are stuck in a 'Pending' Status.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The job Status proceeds normally from Pending to Running to Complete.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to P6 Professional.
2. Attempt to copy a project.
3. View Job Status.
