Symptoms

There is an issue with opcode PCM_OP_SUBSCRIPTION_SERVICE_BALGRP_TRANSFER  when the source account has a bundle with multiple services associated to it.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
--------------------------
The transfer of the first service works fine, but it cancels the bundle, even though it still contains one valid service.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------------
The transfer should not cancel the bundle and should transfer it over to the target account together.

ERROR
------------

STEPS
-----------------------
1) Create an account with 2 services and purchased products for each service (monthly products).
2) Associate both services to a single purchased bundle.
3) Execute transfer opcode for the first service.
4) execute transfer opcode for the second service. And get an error: No operation allowed on cancelled Purchased Bundle
