The project has a custom text field in SWMAN_SAFETY_DOCS.CUST_ID.
When creating a new safety document of type CUSTOM1, they want to ensure that the operator does not use an existing CUST_ID value.
They have added this validation to their switching configuration:
This rule should generate an error dialog when one or more results are returned but there isn't an error until 2 or more results are returned.
Valid ROWS_RETURNED values are:
Z=no rows expected, S=single row expected, M=multiple rows expected
