On : Primavera Unifier 16.1.0.0 code stream

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When trying to open attachments by double clicking (versus saving/downloading and opening) in either the Native or Unifier Viewer, nothing occurs.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The end user should be able to view the attachment without having to download and then open it.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view attachments and will need to download and then open the attachment.
