Error : APP Setup bin file failed. Error While Installing PFT 8

Symptoms
On PFT 8.0.0, when attempting to install fresh PFT pack installer, along with OFSAAI the following error occurs:

[Mon 19/9/2016 01:22:55] [WRAPPERINSTALLER] [ INFO] - Setup status : -1
[Mon 19/9/2016 01:22:55] [WRAPPERINSTALLER] [ERROR] - Error : APP Setup bin file failed.
[Mon 19/9/2016 01:22:55] [WRAPPERINSTALLER] [ INFO] - File renamed successfully. Type : Props true true
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Tried to install fresh PFT pack installer, along with AAI 8.0v
OFSAAI installation went though successfully
The status for OFSAAI installation was
FATAL ERRORS : 0
ERRORS : 0
DEBUG STATEMENTS : 463
INFORMATION : 316
WARNINGS : 0
After OFSAAI installation the Installer automatically came out of silent Installation mode. Have specified enable parameter of FTP and PFT as YES in a. OFS_PFT_PACK .xml file.
After rerunning the Setup.sh file in silent mode it is trying to install only solutions, but after starting OFSAA services it starts installation of solution and within a fraction of seconds it comes out of the installation stating installation completed with error and the error code in log states "Error : APP Setup bin file failed."
