Change of Tier Ranges when updating Product Parameters

Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
For a product pricing where there are product parameters and tiering ranges,
when the user updates a value on the product parameter, the tiering ranges are also updated (incorrectly).

Steps to replicate:
1. Search for Price list
2. Click on price list description to go to Manage Product Assignments to Price lists
3. Price List Products click on Product with parameters
4. Edit product pricing change the parameters
5. Check the tiering criteria values change
