Approval Notification Is Not Showing Up Under Manage Access Approvals (Doc ID 2199399.1)

PROBLEM STATEMENT

On : 8.6.6.1305 Manage Access Approval Page

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Manage Access Approvals does not display all Provisioning Request that have violations and need approval. Administer Access Approvals does show request with Pending status that should have been shown in Manage Access Approval.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The provisioning request for user which is in Pending status should appear in the "Manage Access Approvals" page.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will in internal support environment with the
following steps:
1. In EBS create new user and assign 7-8 responsibilities. Out of 7-8 responsibilities make sure only one violates the control.
2. In GRC, navigate to Result Management > Manage Access Approvals. It does not show all user requests.

Business Impact:

Due to this issue users cannot use User Provisioning effectively.
