Symptoms

No Symbol object in OMS Viewer

Changes

This was caused by a bug in the application.
Expect that the symbol would be displayed and without error.

How to Repeat
Bring up the web viewer.  There shouldn't be any "No symbol" boxes for symbols that are defined.

Description
Fixed an issue where clients occasionally could not find the viewer SVG symbols.
