RPM UI Throws "No message was received for: '240' seconds" Error (Doc ID 2199514.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to open one promotion having a large number of item-locations, the UI throws a fatal error with the below error message:

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into RPM.
  2. Go to the Maintain Promotion screen.
  3. Select one promo.
  4. Search it.
  5. Select the promo and click the Edit button.
  6. Notice the error.
