Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Activity User Defined Field (UDF) Start Date field is blank and red in IE10 and IE11.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Activity UDF Start Date field would show entry if one exists normally in IE10 and IE11.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using IE10 or IE11, add and enter an Activity Start Date UDF to an Activity.
2. Select a Project then set the Project Preferences, Team Member to be updated by Resource Assignments and add the Activity Start Date UDF as read only.
3. In the Project, Activities for the selected Project, add an Activity, a Resource Assignment and enter a date for the Activity Start Date UDF.
4. In Administer, user access, assign the Resource assigned to the Activity to a user and give the user Team Member access.
5. Login to Team Member as the Resource-associated user.
6. In the task list, select the Activity from step 3 and observe Start Date UDF field on the right.

Due to this issue, users cannot view Activity Start Date UDF fields in Team Member.
