Update Tab Event Throws Error Node 0 Does Not Exist for Temp Objects.

When attempting to remove the temporary row which got created under Redline BOM tab of any Affected Item in Change Order
the following error occurs.
EJB Exception: nested exception is:java.lang.RuntimeException:com.agile.admin.client.value.AdminException:Node 0 doesn't not exist in the cache.It may have been deleted already.
Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Java Client, and enable Triggering Events and setup the Event as below:
Event Type = Update Table;
Object Type = Parts; [Table Name = BOM]
Event Handler = <show the reference object number>;
Trigger Type = Pre;
Execution Mode = Synchronous;
Error Handing Rule = Continue;
2. Create a Part object P00001.
3. Go to the BOM table, add a non-existing Part object via Type-in known Number(s). The non-existing Part object show with a question mark.
4. Remove the non-existing Part object.
