When using XItem to bring items into RMS and the item message includes UDA details, the ITEM_MASTER.CHECK_UDA_IND is incorrectly hardcoded to 'N'o.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set up Item/UDA Defaults for a particular department, some being required and others not.
2. Using Xitem, create an item with values for the UDAs.
3. Notice that although records get created in UDA_ITEM_LOV, UDA_ITEM_DATE and UDA_ITEM_FF, the ITEM_MASTER.CHECK_UDA_IND is set to 'N'o.
4. Enter Item Maintenance and notice UDA link will be 'Red'. Also notice that when entering the screen, for a UDA not provided via XITEM, you are forced to enter even for non-required UDAs.
