Unable To View Line Items In Reference Business Process (BP)

Unable to view Line Items in Reference Business Process (BP). The line item pop up closes automatically in the reference BP.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Unifier
2. Open the impacted work space
3. Open a record
4. Click on the hyperlink, the referenced BP record opens
5. Double click on a line item in the referenced BP record....Here is the problem.
The screen closes and does not display the attachment.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view the line item in reference BP.
