StockCountUpload Batch Fails When There Is An Empty STK_UIN_STORE_DATE File Created (Doc ID 2200232.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management , StockCountUpload Batch fails with error below when there is an empty STK_UIN_STORE_DATE file created.

Store Parameters :

UIN_PROCESSING_ENABLED=false

Steps To Recreate:

  1. Complete a unit & amount type stock count in SIM for a non-serialized item for a store having
  2. Once the stock count is authorized and completed, Stock count upload files get generated in SIM directory at path.
  3. Run batch 'Stockcountupload.ksh' in RMS and verify the results.
  4. STK_UIN_STORE_DATE file is being created with no data(header) in it even when UIN_processing is disabled for the store and this fails the StockCountUpload batch.
