ODBC / JDBC Connectivity to Domain Not Working in RPAS V15 (Doc ID 2200310.1)

With RPAS 15.0.0 (GA), a JDBC client (e.g. fails to connect to ODBC server with following error:

The user does exist in the domain, and the domain/connection information is correct.  This error does not occur with v14.
