'AlcDailyCleanUp.ksh' Batch Fails With Errors in 'PURGE_SESSION' Table (Doc ID 2201282.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run 'AlcDailyCleanUp.ksh batch' in Retail Allocations , the following error occurs:

Caused by: oracle.retail.apps.alc.model.core.util.AllocException
  at oracle.retail.apps.alc.core.db.SessionCleanUpDao.cleanUpSessionData(SessionCleanUpDao.java:49)
  at oracle.retail.apps.alc.core.service.AllocationService.cleanUpSessionData(AllocationService.java:2154)
  at oracle.retail.apps.alc.core.facade.SessionCleanUpFacadeImpl.cleanUpSessionData(SessionCleanUpFacadeImpl.java:23)
