Symptoms

OCSG is not being able to correlate DR with MT and it is throwing an error to associate MT/DR.

It seems that the SMSC is returning an invalid DR message. However, it is returning DR in v3.3 format (id:, stats...) and it looks wrong due to the hexadecimal format in text and the length of the message Id in hex returned in the submit_sm_resp.
