How to Update the Input Message Data in OSM Using Order Line Item (Doc ID 2201393.1)

Goal

In OSM implementation, the input order XML contains a list of order items. During the transformation stage, in some cases OSM must enrich the order by creating additional order items.
Currently these items are stored in their own XML structure.

Questions:

Is it possible to generate a new order item structure during the order transformation then reference that structure in the Orchestration Sequence Order item Selector?
For example, you would like to create Order\TransformedOrderItems then use this as the input into Order Item Selector and then Order Item Specification.
