EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------------------
Expect that the custom measures declared in table msc_apcc_custom_measures would populate the corresponding ATTRIBUTE% columns in APCC fact table msc_demantra_f.

-- Steps To Reproduce:

Customer states the issue can be reproduced at will at customer site with the following steps:
1. Create integration interface with standard series along with custom measures (additional series) to populate plan specific attributes (msc_demantra_f)

2. Create and run a workflow to Publish Data to APCC to publish plan specific S&OP-APCC Measures from Demantra to APCC using the new integration interface.

3. Observe that data is published to APCC (msc_demantra_f) but the ATTRIBUTE% columns are not populated.
