Mailing Through Oracle BusinessService (Notifier) - BusinessService Not Re-Connecting to SMTP Server if Connection is Lost (Doc ID 2201860.1)

When Exchange Mailserver is updated, the BusinessService is not able to reconnect. A restart of BusinessService is required and would imply all users to restart their clients.

Also, if BusinessService is restarted while the users keep their ECI connections active, they also cannot use the mailer functionality - they have to restart their clients.

The error message :<eci call NTFSendMsgRaw failed!> will be displayed!
