News Feed Customization for Status of Payment In Billing Care is Not working (Doc ID 2202054.1)

On : 7.5.0.15.0 version, Customer Care

The user has customized News Feed message to show "Open:", "Closed:", and "Payment reversed:" prefixed to the message string in case of payments.

For example:

• When a payment was either unallocated or partially allocated, it needs to be prefixed with "Open:".
• When a payment is allocated completely, it needs to be prefixed with "Closed:"
• And a reversed payment needs to be prefixed with "Payment reversed: "
• The changes have been made in PCM_OP_ACT_POL_PROCESS_EVENTS with the resource strings in the newsfeed message strings. However, the customization did not work for the payments allocated from Suspense to an account. The string "Allocated" got added by default.
