Backdating not Working Properly for PURCHASE_DEAL (Doc ID 2202092.1)

Symptoms

On : 7.5.0.15.0 version, Subscription Management

The customer is able to purchase recurring charge products and discounts in the past, i.e. perform backdated purchase. This works in a 7.4 environment here and also works for cycle forward products and discounts in 7.5. However, for cycle arrears discounts, there is an issue.

When the purchase is made in the recent past, the purchase is successful. For example, performing a backdated purchase on the 1st of May, backdated to April, it works. A longer backdated purchase also works for a deal containing only a product. But, when the purchase is made in more distant past, for example several months ago, and contains only a discount, an error occurs:

1. Create a account on 01 Jan 2016
2. pvt to 01 Jun 2016
3. Run billing
4. purchase a cycle arrear discount backdated to 1 Feb 2016
5. purchase a cycle arrear product backdated to 1 Feb 2016
