Convergence - Messages Tab Showing Blank Page Although Messages Exist in the User's Mailbox (Doc ID 2202110.1)

Consider an Oracle Communications Convergence setup with version

A user successfully logs into Convergence, but is only able to access the 'Address Book' and 'Options' tabs. Although the Messages tab shows the number of messages, for example 'Messages (123)', upon clicking the tab, only a blank screen is seen. Also, no error is observed on the screen.

Upon checking the iwc.log file on the Convergence server, the following warning was observed:
