Cannot Log into OFSAA After Migrating Tables with 'javax.crypto.BadPaddingException' Error (Doc ID 2203218.1)

For Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) Infrastructure, after you migrated Oracle Database tables from one server to a new server, you cannot log into OFSAA.  The following error exists in the SMSService.log in $FIC_APP_HOME/common/FICServer/logs:

java.lang.Exception: [ClsUCntSecUtilFuncs] Error in decryption javax.crypto.BadPaddingException: Given final block not properly padded
        at com.iflex.fic.util.ClsUCntSecUtilFuncs.decrypt(
        at com.iflex.fic.newservice.ServiceProxy.invokeService(
        at com.iflex.fic.newservice.NewServiceMaster.provideService(
        at com.iflex.fic.newservice.DynamicServiceManager.provideService(
        at com.iflex.fic.ficserver.JavaRequestHandler.handleRequest(

The following error also exists:

java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
[UMMLOG] Nov 8,16 10:12:15 : [DACCONNECTIONPROVIDER]Error getting connection from pool : java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: IO Error: Connection reset

These errors appear to prevent users from logging into OFSAA.
