Performance Issue When Searching Details From ALC Screen

Cannot search details from ALC Screen.
Steps To Recreate:
1. From the main menu, select Finance > ALC Maintenance > the ALC Selection window opens.
2. Input order number from ALC_HEAD.ORDER_NO into Order Number.
3. Click Search button. Screen does not show any results due to performance issue.
