Database Error Reported When Trying to Mark ACS Customer as Prepaid Charging Customer

Symptoms
The problem occurs on Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC) 5.0.2 when trying to mark one Advanced Control Services (ACS) customer as a Prepaid Charging Customer.
The following 3 errors are raised:
1. "unique constraint (<OWNER>.CCS_WAL_TYP_NAME_UQ) violated"
2. "error during execution of trigger '<OWNER>.CCS_ACS_RES_LIM_MT3'"
3. "error during execution of trigger '<OWNER>.CCS_ACS_RES_LIM_MT2'"

Go to ACS -> Customer screen and edit ACS customer. Tick Prepaid Charging Customer checkbox and Save.
