Symptoms

On : Insbridge 5.2.0.0.0 version, RateManager

Error During MS Excel File Import Feature in RateManager 5.2.

ERROR

Workflle location does not exist, or access was denied


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Establish Insbridge 5.2.0 environment and configure for Excel file import/export
2) Right-click a table variable, then select "Import Data - MS Excel Workbook"
3) The error should be immediately encountered

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use Excel File Import/Export
