When Attempting to Importing Records Into Production Getting Error, "Source system (Training) not valid" (Doc ID 2203572.1)

Symptoms


Getting an error while importing records into production from Training
 

ERROR

Failed to import test.exp () from Source (Training) to Target (Production)
Xeno.Prodika.Services.DataExchange.DexException: Source system (Training) not valid
  at Xeno.Prodika.ExportImport.DataExchangeHelper.Import(String targetSystem, DataExchangeContext dexContext)
  at Xeno.Prodika.ExportImport.DataExchange.ImportRequestProcessor.ProcessRequest(IApplicationManager applicationManager, IImportRequestQueue request)


Also, one new error appeared once and then the other same error kept coming up repeatedly.


Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
  at Xeno.Prodika.XenoDoc.DRL.WSBasedDrlAttachmentDocument.get_PKID()
  at Xeno.Prodika.XenoDoc.Handlers.DRL.DrlWebServiceBlobHandler.LoadBlob(IXDocument xdoc, Stream readableBlobStream)

  at Xeno.Prodika.ExportImport.DataExchange.ImportRequestProcessor.ProcessRequest(IApplicationManager applicationManager, IImportRequestQueue request)

Failed to import test.exp (Testing -4 (Node A)) from Source (Training) to Target (Production)
Xeno.Prodika.Services.DataExchange.DexException: Source system (Training) not valid

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Generate a token from target environment (Production).
2. Upload token into source environment (Training).
3. Export the file from source environment (Training).
4. Upload the export into target environment (Production).
5. Email is received stating that the import has failed.
