PurgeExpiredExecutedOrApprovedClearancesBatch is not purging clearance data.
Steps To Recreate:
1. Create items in RMS.
2. Create clearance on item/zone level without reset date.
3. Change the vdate so that it falls after the clearance history months.
4. Run the Purge batch.
5. It does not purge clearance data.
