Studio Application Search Box Displays An Error After Initial Login (Doc ID 2203738.1)

Symptoms

Each time a user logs into the Studio application, the bellow error message with a light red background appears in place of the Search Box component and the Studio log file shows below errors.
This happens for all Studio applications.
Refreshing the page clears the error.

The Studio Search Box component displays this message: An unexpected error occurred. Please contact your system administrator.

The Studio log file (eid-studio.log) shows these errors:
