Symptoms

Actual Behavior

Update Title Block Event is not being triggered after modifying below date fields and save on Task/Gate object:

Schedule Start Date
Schedule End Date
Actual Start Date
Actual End Date
Estimated Start Date
Estimated End Date

Expected Behavior

Update Title Block Event is triggered after modifying the date fields and save on Task/Gate object

What is Working
The event is being triggered for other attributes

Steps

This issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Java Client as admin user, go to Admin tab > System Settings > Event Management > Events
  2. Create Event with below settings:
    Event Type: Update Title Block
    Object Type: Task
  3. Go to Admin tab > System Settings > Event Management > Events Handlers, and create Event Handler
  4. Go to Admin tab > System Settings > Event Management > Events Subscribers, and create Event Subscriber using the Events and Event Handler created in previous steps
  5. Log into Web Client, and open a Task
  6. Edit any Schedule/Estimated/Actual Start or End field in General Info tab, for example edit Scheduled Start Date, and Save
  7. Check History tab. Do not see Update Title Block Event being triggered
